I had the chance to second shoot alongside my good friend Tony George Photography at Villa Sienna in Gilbert, Arizona, and it’s a venue that truly leaves an impression the moment you arrive. From the architecture to the landscaping, Villa Sienna feels like a small slice of Italy tucked into the desert. The stonework, archways, and open courtyards give the space a timeless, European feel that photographs beautifully at every time of day. On top of that, the staff was incredible to work with. Very organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure the couple and their guests had an amazing experience from start to finish.
One of the standout features of Villa Sienna is the sheer size of the reception space. The ballroom is spacious, elegant, and designed in a way that allows the night to flow effortlessly from grand entrances and first dances to a packed dance floor later in the evening. Guests are welcomed into a space that feels both elevated and comfortable, and everything about the layout helps keep the energy high all night long. It’s the kind of venue where guests feel taken care of the second they walk in and never once feel rushed or out of place.
Nick and Isabelle were an absolute joy to work with and brought so much personality to the day. They were laid-back, fun, and fully present, which made capturing their story feel effortless. Isabelle was truly an icon with THREE outfit changes!one for the ceremony, one for the reception, and one for their send-off. Each look somehow topped the last. Days like this are a reminder of how special it is to document weddings that combine a stunning venue with couples who fully embrace every part of their celebration.
