Gabby and Ian’s wedding took place at one of the most stunning venues I’ve ever photographed, Snow Farm Vineyard & Winery in South Hero, Vermont. Surrounded by lush vineyards, rolling fields, and breathtaking views of Lake Champlain, this venue feels like something out of a storybook. It’s the kind of place where every direction you look feels like a perfect photo opportunity.
I had the honor of second shooting this wedding alongside the amazing Natalie Ruthford, who led the day with calm confidence and a clear creative vision. Being able to focus on the candid, in-between moments is always such a gift, and working with Natalie made the experience smooth and collaborative from start to finish.
The staff at Snow Farm was equally wonderful to work with—so kind, organized, and clearly passionate about creating a seamless experience for both the couple and their guests. They went above and beyond to keep things running on time while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and joyful. From helping coordinate details to ensuring the space looked incredible all day, they truly made a difference.
The ceremony took place under a canopy of trees, with vineyard rows in the background and Lake Champlain just a short walk away. As the sun began to set, Gabby and Ian shared golden-hour portraits among the vines—a photographer’s dream. The reception tent was strung with soft lights and surrounded by the natural beauty of the island, creating a warm, welcoming space for dinner, dancing, and lots of laughter.
Gabby and Ian were such a sweet and down-to-earth couple. Their love for each other was evident in every glance and every quiet moment they shared. It was such a joy to be a small part of their big day and to document the beauty of it all.
